Upcoming AuditionsALT has an open casting policy which means there are always new faces at auditions, and new faces cast in the shows. Newcomers are welcome to attend, and try out. If not cast, you are encouraged to become involved with the production crews until the next audition date rolls around. While people with experience are more likely to acquire lead roles, the inexperienced actor has emerged as a leading person or in many cases has the opportunity to grow into a larger part via a smaller one.
